What changes the day someone enrolls
For members who qualify, the program covers plan premiums and out-of-pocket costs on covered care. No surprise bill shows up three months later. Members keep the physicians, specialists, and prescriptions they already rely on. Nothing about their care has to change. A named advocate handles enrollment, the member card, receipts, and follow-up. No call center, no repeating the story to a stranger. High-cost treatments, chronic conditions, denials, and appeals get hands-on support from people who work these cases every day.
How it works- Three Steps
1. We look at income, household, current coverage, and diagnosis to identify every program a person actually qualifies for — including ones they've never heard of.
2. We complete the applications, gather and submit the documentation, and confirm the effective date in writing before anyone relies on it.
3. Renewals, receipts, claim problems, new prescriptions, plan changes. The same advocate stays on the file for as long as the member is with us.
